Worked with
Trusted by elite clubs and federations
Mohamed has worked alongside Team Belgium, the Belgian Francophone Taekwondo Federation (A.B.F.T.), Taekwondo Vlaanderen, Brussels Active Square, Kwan Academy Taekwondo, Sonbae Taekwondo, Royal Racing Club Bruxelles, Royal Orée Hockey Club and Royal Léopold Club — federations, taekwondo clubs and team sports academies that have entrusted him with their athletes' physical preparation.
The approach
Four pillars that underpin everything Mohamed does with his athletes.
Evidence-Based S&C
Every programme is grounded in peer-reviewed sports science, not trends or intuition. Results are measured and adjusted.
TKD-Specific Periodization
Training cycles built around taekwondo's competition calendar — peaking when it counts, recovering when it matters.
Individual Profiling
No two athletes are the same. Detailed biomechanical, physiological, and psychological profiling underpins every plan.
