The approach

Four pillars that underpin everything Mohamed does with his athletes.

Evidence-Based S&C

Every programme is grounded in peer-reviewed sports science, not trends or intuition. Results are measured and adjusted.

TKD-Specific Periodization

Training cycles built around taekwondo's competition calendar — peaking when it counts, recovering when it matters.

Individual Profiling

No two athletes are the same. Detailed biomechanical, physiological, and psychological profiling underpins every plan.

Online, Real-World Results

Delivered fully remotely with weekly check-ins, video analysis, and programme adjustments. Works wherever you train.
